Enrico Tissi will be sharing his insight on how Swiss companies succeeded and failed to grow in the U.S.

Currently, Mr. Tissi is instrumental  in the expansion and investment strategies of a number of Swiss industrial manufacturing companies in the U.S.  The cultural and competitive challenges to building a strong, sustainable presence in the USA are often underestimated by European, and especially Swiss companies.

Enrico Tissi was head of the North American operations of Sika and member of its Group Management from 1997 until the end of 2004.  He has since been elected to the Board of several Swiss companies.  Prior to  joining Sika in North America, Mr. Tissi held positions as CEO of Elco Looser Holding AG, and CEO of Rieter AG`s operations in the U.S.
